Executive Assistant - What You Will Do:  
As the executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to our COO. Your role is crucial as you will serve as his “eyes and ears,” participating in meetings to take notes, organize thoughts and turn discussions into action.

  • Oversee the COO's emails and calendar, ensuring he is on time, prepared for meetings, and aware of his schedule.
  • Assist the COO with daily to-dos and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Document conversations, take notes, and help implement next actions to achieve business objectives (e.g., follow-ups, documenting ideas or process improvements, brainstorming).
  • Handle scheduling, confirmation emails, and calendar management.
  • Transcribe and send emails, memos, and other reports.
  • Prepare necessary information for meetings (e.g., emails, contracts, billing information, presentations, spreadsheets, reports).
Executive Assistant – Required Prior Experience, Characteristics:
  • Exceptional grammar, written, and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to pivot quickly when priorities change and manage a to-do list with multiple tasks.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to interpret instructions and ask questions to complete tasks accurately.
  • Proficient in PC, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A successful candidate in this role is a quick thinker, has great attention to detail, can manage multiple projects, and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
Executive Assistant  – You Might Have:
  • Prior experience in an Executive Administrative role, Operations Coordinator role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related


This role requires successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen prior to the start date. Your compensation will be $60,000 - $80,000 base salary DOE, salary exempt.
